It’s our 15th anniversary, and we’re going all out! Designers are invited to create stunning, culturally inspired pieces influenced by quinceañera traditions—from formal gowns and pastel palettes to folklórico flair and modern elegance.

​Design Requirements

At least 90% of each garment must be made from recycled or repurposed materials!

Materials resembling fabric are discouraged.  The more unconventional the material, the better!
 

  • No store-bought clothing or virgin fabric allowed

  • Only new thread, glue, zippers, and fasteners permitted

  • Designs must be original and not previously shown

  • 1st Place: $3,000

  • 2nd Place: $1,000

  • 3rd Place: $500

  • People’s Choice Award: $500

  • Seedling Award (Student Designer): $350
